Electrify America has announced a new partnership with WS Development, a mixed-use development firm that owns and operates more than 100 properties spanning urban, lifestyle, and community centers.
WS Development plans to deploy 350-kW DC fast-charging stations at its retail destinations beginning this winter. EV chargers will be installed across over 15 WS Development properties, starting in early 2026 with:

Electrify America chargers are also coming to other WS Development properties in Massachusetts, New York, Florida, Illinois, and California.
The new infrastructure will be fully integrated with the Electrify America charging network, which already includes more than 5,000 stalls at over 1,080 locations in the US and Canada.
