Celebrate the 2nd Ionna Anniversary With State Of Charge in Pennsylvania

The entire network will offer $0.20/kWh DC fast charging (February 7 and 8), while at select locations, charging will be completely free (February 7).

This weekend, Ionna will celebrate its second anniversary. The company was established in February 2024 and launched its first DC fast-charging stations in December of the same year. Today, it’s one of the largest networks in the country, with nearly 100 locations.

To celebrate Ionna’s anniversary, the company’s DC fast-charging rate will be lowered to just $0.20/kWh network-wide on February 7-8, 2026.

Additionally, at select seven full-fledged Rechargeries (Apex, NC • Garner, NC • Reynoldsburg, OH • Limon, CO • Forest Park, GA • West Point, GA • Houston, TX), charging will be completely free all day Saturday (February 7, 2026).

Join State Of Charge in Pennsylvania

State Of Charge has been observing, reporting, and visiting Ionna from the start, and now joins the celebration by hosting a small Ionna anniversary event at one of the Rechargeries.

Our very own Tom Moloughney will be present in Kutztown, Pennsylvania (Kutztown Sheetz, 2298 Golden Key Rd) on February 7, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, handing out a bunch of Ionna and State Of Charge swag.

As a bonus, one attendee will win an outstanding 11.5-kW Grizzl-E Ultimate 48-amp residential smart EV charging station from United Chargers.
